Ingredients:
6 chicken sausages
2 tbsp yoghurt
2 tsp soy sauce
2-3 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
a pinch of red food colour
salt to taste
oil for frying
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix together yoghurt, soy sauce, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, red food colour and salt.
- Add sausages to this and mix well to coat the masala and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated sausages on medium flame till brown. Serve hot with tomato sauce….
