Elaneer / Tender Coconut Popsicles


1 cup elaneer/ karikku/ tender coconut flesh
1 cup tender coconut water
sugar, as required


  1. In a blender, add the chopped tender coconut flesh , tender coconut water and sugar and blend well until smooth.
  2. Pour this prepared mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze it for 6-7 hours or overnight.
  3. To release the popsicles, run the moulds under the warm water for 20-30 seconds…Serve  it immediately…
