1 cup elaneer/ karikku/ tender coconut flesh
1 cup tender coconut water
sugar, as required
- In a blender, add the chopped tender coconut flesh , tender coconut water and sugar and blend well until smooth.
- Pour this prepared mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze it for 6-7 hours or overnight.
- To release the popsicles, run the moulds under the warm water for 20-30 seconds…Serve it immediately…
