Ingredients:
4 nectarines, pitted and chopped
3-4 tbsp sugar ( or as required)
water, as required
Preparation:
- In a blender, add the chopped nectarines and sugar and blend well adding water ( about 1 cup) until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a strainer and pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
- To release the popsicles, run the moulds under warm water for 30 seconds…Serve it immediately…
