Masala Egg Fry

Ingredients:

5 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 sprig curry leaves
salt to taste
1 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation:

  1. Remove the shells of boiled eggs and make slits/ cuts and keep it aside.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add curry leaves. Reduce the flame to low and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt and mix.
  3. Then add boiled eggs and close the pan using a lid and shake it well until the eggs are well coated in the masala.
  4. Fry/ roast the eggs at medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the flame and serve hot…
