Ingredients:
2 cups kanjivellam / rice water
3-4 curry leaves
small piece ginger, chopped
1-2 green chillies
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt to taste
Preparation:
- Crush together green chillies, ginger and curry leaves.
- In a bowl, add the kanjivellam, crushed ingredients and salt and mix well.
- Then add lemon juice and mix well.
- Pour into serving glasses and serve as a refreshing drink.
