Ingredients:
6-7 fresh strawberries / 1/2 cup strawberry puree
1 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup white chocolate, melts or chopped
1 tsp vanilla essence
whipped cream
Preparation:
- Chop the strawberries and puree them using a blender ( about 1/2 cup) and keep it aside.
- In a saucepan, add milk, sugar and white chocolate and cook everything together mixing with whisk.
- Add the strawberry puree and vanilla essence to this, mix well and bring it to a boil.
- Pour into serving cup / mug and top it with whipped cream and some sprinkles…
