Ingredients:
3 nendra pazham / kerala bananas, cut into cubes
1-2 tbsp sugar (add to your taste)
10-12 cashew nuts
3/4 cup aval / brown rice flakes
1 cup grated coconut
1 tsp cardamom powder
3-4 tbsp ghee
Preparation:
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and add chopped bananas and mix gently. Add sugar to this and saute till the bananas are cooked and slightly golden in colour. Transfer it to a plate.
- In the same pan, add remaining ghee and fry cashew nuts till golden brown. Add aval/ brown rice flakes and fry them till it turns crispy.
- Then add grated coconut and mix well.
- Add cardamom powder and cooked bananas and mix everything until well combined. Remove from the flame and serve..
