Fried Banana Pops

Ingredients:

1 large banana/ nendrapazham
1 egg
bread crumbs, as required
oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Peel the banana and cut into thick rounds. Insert tooth pick on each piece as shown below..

2. Beat an egg in a bowl. Dip each banana pop in this beaten egg and then roll it in the bread crumbs.
3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pops at medium flame on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot with tea/ coffee.

  • You can use honey or condensed milk as a dip if you wish….
