Green Chutney


1/2 cup coriander leaves
1/4 cup mint leaves
1 green chilli
1/4 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tsp cashew nuts
salt to taste


  1. In a blender, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, cumin powder, yogurt, cashew nuts and salt and grind well to a smooth paste adding little water.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and serve with pakoras/ vada etc..
