Cucumber Olan


250 gm cucumbers
2 green chillies, slit
1 1/2 cup thin coconut milk
1/2 cup thick coconut milk
1 sprig curry leaves
1 1/2-2 tbsp coconut oil
salt to taste


  1. In a pan, add thinly chopped cucumbers and cook it with slit green chillies, salt and thin coconut milk at medium flame.
  2. Once the cucumbers are cooked well, add thick coconut milk and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes and switch off the flame. Don’t allow to boil.
