Ingredients:
250 gm cucumbers
2 green chillies, slit
1 1/2 cup thin coconut milk
1/2 cup thick coconut milk
1 sprig curry leaves
1 1/2-2 tbsp coconut oil
salt to taste
Preparation:
- In a pan, add thinly chopped cucumbers and cook it with slit green chillies, salt and thin coconut milk at medium flame.
- Once the cucumbers are cooked well, add thick coconut milk and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes and switch off the flame. Don’t allow to boil.
