Ingredients:
1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
1 cup mint leaves
1 cup coriander leaves
4-5 green chillies
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/2-1 cup cream
salt to taste
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp ghee
2 whole green chillies
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
Preparation:
- In a blender, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, 4-5 green chillies, yogurt and 1/ 2 cup of water and grind together to a smooth paste and keep it aside.
- Heat oil and ghee in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add cleaned chicken pieces, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add ground green paste and cook for few minutes.
- Add cumin powder, garam masala and kasuri methi and mix well. Cover and cook till the chicken is cooked well.
- Now add cream and mix well. Add whole green chillies and 1 tbsp coriander leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes . Switch off the flame and serve hot…
