Ingredients:
300 gm prawns, cleaned
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp bread crumbs
2 tsp plain flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
salt to taste
oil, for frying
Preparation:
- Clean the prawns and add turmeric powder, red chilli flakes, pepper powder, soy sauce, salt, chopped garlic, bread crumbs, plain flour, baking powder and 3 tsp of water and mix well with hand.
