Ingredients:
6-8 fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp tender coconut flesh / pulp
1 1/2 cup tender coconut water
1 tbsp lemon juice
sugar, as required
1 tsp basil seeds / sabja seeds
ice cubes
Preparation:
- Soak the basil seeds in 2 tbsp of water for 10 minutes.
- In a blender, add mint leaves, tender coconut flesh, lemon juice and sugar and blend well adding tender coconut water. Strain it and keep it aside.
