Tender Coconut Mint Cooler


6-8 fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp tender coconut flesh / pulp
1 1/2 cup tender coconut water
1 tbsp lemon juice
sugar, as required
1 tsp basil seeds / sabja seeds
ice cubes


  1. Soak the basil seeds in 2 tbsp of water for 10 minutes.
  2. In a blender, add mint leaves, tender coconut flesh, lemon juice and sugar and blend well adding tender coconut water. Strain it and keep it aside.
  3. In serving glasses, add ice cubes, soaked basil seeds and then pour strained juice on top and serve…
