Neer Dosa With Rice Flour / Instant Neer Dosa


2 cups roasted rice flour
1/2 cup grated coconut
salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
4 cups water


  1. In a blender, add 2 cups of water, salt, sugar, grated coconut and rice flour and blend well to a smooth batter.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add 2 cups of water and mix well.
  3. Heat a non stick pan and keep the flame to medium-high.
  4. Pour a ladleful of batter and rotate the pan to spread the batter around the pan to get a very thin dosa and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
  5. Remove it from the pan and transfer to a plate. 
  6. Mix the batter well before each preparation of dosa. Repeat the same process with remaining batter until all the batter is used up. Serve hot with spicy curry…
