Ingredients:
4 idli, cut into square pieces
1 tbsp idli podi / milagai podi / chutney powder
1 sprig curry leaves
oil, as required
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the idli pieces till crispy and golden colour.
- Transfer to a plate and add idli podi / chutney powder, curry leaves and 1 tbsp oil ( idli fried oil ) and mix well till idli pieces are well coated with podi. Serve as breakfast or snack….
