Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup pineapple (1/4 pineapple) , peeled and chopped into pieces
1/2 cup sugar
juice of 1 big lemon
1 tbsp basil seeds/ sabja seeds
water, as required
ice cubes
Preparation:
- Soak the basil seeds in 1/2 cup of water for 10-15 minutes.
- In a blender, add chopped pineapple and sugar and blend well adding little water.
- Strain the juice and add lemon juice and more water and mix well.
- Add ice cubes and soaked basil seeds and mix well.
