Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 large eggs
1/2 cup (115 gm) unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar, powdered
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup plain flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to180 degree celcius. Grease and line a square pan or a brownie pan with parchment paper and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, add bananas and mash well with a fork.
- Add eggs into this and mix well using a whisk.
- Then add melted butter, sugar and vanilla essence and mix well until it is well combined.
- Sift plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt into this and mix well.
- Add in chocolate chips and mix well.
- Transfer this batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake it in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted at the centre of the brownie comes out clean.
