4-5 cups ( 2 pounds) ripe strawberries, washed, hulled and halved
2-3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
- Add strawberries and sugar in a bowl, mix well and keep it aside for 15-30 minutes.
- In a blender, add the strawberries and lemon juice and blend well until strawberries are pureed.
- Pour this into popsicle mould and freeze it for 4-5 hours or overnight….
