3 cups yellow watermelon, seeds removed and cubed
2 tsp lemon juice
3-4 tbsp sugar (add according to the sweetness of watermelon)
- In a blender, add the cubed watermelon, lemon juice and sugar and blend well until smooth. Strain the mixture through a sieve..
- Pour the strained mixture into popsicle mould and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
- To release the popsicles, run the moulds under warm water for 30 seconds…Serve it immediately…
