Ingredients:
2 cups drumstick leaves/ muringayila, cleaned
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1 cup yoghurt
1 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 dry red chillies
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds , urad dal and dry red chillies.
- Add chopped onion, green chillies and ginger and saute well.
- Add cleaned drumstick leaves and saute for 1-2 minutes on medium flame.
