2 big ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
cold water as needed
ice cubes as needed
- In a saucepan, bring 1/2 cup water and sugar to a boil over medium heat until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Remove from the flame and let it cool.
- Place the chopped mangoes in a blender and blend well to a smooth puree.
- Transfer this to a large bowl/ jug and add the prepared sugar syrup, lemon juice and the cold water and stir well to combine.
