Crushed Chilli Chicken Fry


1/2 kg chicken, cut into pieces
3 tsp crushed chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 sprig curry leaves
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste


  1. In a pan, add cleaned chicken pieces, crushed chilli, turmeric powder, garam masala, fennel powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, curry leaves and salt and mix well.
  2. Cook it covered for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then add 2 tbsp oil to this and stir well till it is fried well and all the water dries up..
  4. Switch off the flame and serve hot…
