Mango Oats Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/4 cup oats
3/4 cup water
1 cup less sour yogurt
1 cup mango, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp honey

Preparation:

  1. Cook oats in a pan adding water till done. Then transfer it to a bowl and keep it aside to cool.
  2. In a blender, add 1/2 cup of cooked oats, yogurt, mango and honey and blend well until smooth.
  3. Pour into a serving glass and serve immediately…
