Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
4-5 ripe fresh figs
2 cups chilled milk
sugar as required
1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
- Cut avocado into half and scoop out the flesh.
- Remove the skin of fresh figs and cut each into pieces.
- In a blender, add avocado, figs, milk , ice cream and sugar and blend well until smooth and creamy.
