1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 small tomato, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
2 curry leaves, chopped
1 tsp vinegar
salt to taste
1/2 cup thick coconut milk, or as required
- In a bowl, add thinly sliced onion and little salt and squeeze well with hand.
- Squeeze out the onion water and transfer to another bowl and add chopped green chillies, tomato, curry leaves and little salt and mix well.
- Add vinegar to this and mix well.
- Then add coconut milk and mix well. Serve as a side dish with rice, porotta etc…
