Lotus Biscoff Milkshake

Ingredients:

2 lotus biscuits
1 cup chilled milk
1 1/2 -2 tbsp lotus biscoff spread
2 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp sugar
8-10 ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, add crushed lotus biscuits, chilled milk, lotus biscoff spread, ice cream, sugar and ice cubes and blend well.
  2. Pour into serving glasses and top it with whipped cream/ ice cream and sprinkle some powdered lotus biscuit..
