Milk Tea ( Tea ) / Chaya / Chai

Ingredients:

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp tea powder

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, add water, milk and sugar and heat at medium flame.
  2. Then add tea powder and bring to a boil . Reduce the flame and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes or until the colour changes from milky shade to light brown colour.
  3. Strain the tea into a large mug or tea pot.
  4. Then pour it into a cup from a height to create froth on top. Serve hot…
