Mango – Strawberry Popsicles


1 big mango, peeled and cubed
1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
4-5 tbsp sugar ( or as required)


  1. In a blender, add the chopped strawberries and enough sugar and blend well until thick smooth puree. Keep it aside.
  2. Blend the cubed mango and enough sugar using a blender until thick smooth puree.
  3. Then fill the popsicle moulds with alternate layers of strawberry puree and mango puree.
  4. Place the popsicle stick and freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight..
  5. To release the popsicles, run the moulds under warm water for 30 seconds…Serve it immediately..
