Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
few ice cubes
small piece ginger
1 green chilli
2-3 shallots
few curry leaves
salt to taste
chilled soda, as required
Preparation:
- In a bowl / jug, add buttermilk, ice cubes and salt and mix well.
- Crush together ginger, shallots, green chilli and curry leaves and add this to buttermilk and mix well.
- Pour half into serving glasses and then pour soda over it and mix.. Serve immediately as a refreshing drink…
