1/2 of raw mango
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
3-4 curry leaves, chopped
salt to taste
1-1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- Peel and chop the raw mango into fine pieces.
- In a bowl, add chopped raw mango, onion, ginger, green chillies, tomato, curry leaves and salt and mix all together using hand (squeeze well ) for 4-5 minutes.
