Raspberry Mint Popsicles


2 cups raspberries
6-8 fresh mint leaves
2 tsp lemon juice
sugar, as required


  1. In a blender, add raspberries, mint leaves, lemon juice, enough sugar and 4-5 tbsp water and blend well until smooth. 
  2. Pour this mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
  3. To release the popsicles, run the moulds under warm water for 30 seconds…
