Pineapple Chammanthi

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup pineapple, chopped
1/2 cup grated coconut
4-5 green chillies
3 shallots
3-4 curry leaves
salt to taste
a pinch of sugar

Preparation:

  1. Crush green chillies, shallots and curry leaves together.
  2. Add grated coconut to this and crush again.
  3. Then add chopped pineapple and crush together. Don’t grind to a paste.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and add salt and a pinch of sugar and mix well.
