Ingredients:
1 red onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp beetroot, thinly sliced
3 tbsp carrot, thinly sliced
3 tbsp cucumber, thinly sliced
2 green chillies, chopped
2 tbsp tomato, chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste
lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
2-3 tbsp vinegar
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add sliced red onion, beetroot, carrot, cucumber, tomato, green chilli, salt, lemon juice and vinegar and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with biriyani, ghee rice etc…
