2 cups cabbage, shredded or finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 green chillies, chopped
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Add shredded cabbage, grated coconut, green chillies, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl and mix well with your hands.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds. Add curry leaves and chopped onion and saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cabbage-coconut mixture and mix well.
