Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, cut into small florets
6 shallots, sliced
2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated coconut
3/4 – 1 tsp crushed pepper
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 dry red chillies
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
salt to taste
oil
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add dry red chillies, sliced shallots and chopped green chillies and saute.
- Then add crushed pepper and saute for a minute.
- Add cauliflower florets, turmeric powder, grated coconut and salt and mix well.
- Cover and cook in low flame until it is dry and the cauliflower is fully cooked. Remove from flame and serve hot with rice…
