Simple and yummy thoran that goes well with rice….
1/2 – 3/4 cup finely chopped snow peas
1/2 – 3/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4-6 green chillies, chopped
3/4 cup grated coconut
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 dry red chillies
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
- In a pan, add chopped carrot, snow peas, onion and green chillies with turmeric powder and salt and cook it adding little water.
- Then add grated coconut and mix well.
- Heat oil in another pan, add mustard seeds and dry red chillies.
- Add cooked vegetables and curry leaves. Mix well and cook it for 2 minutes in low flame…Serve hot with rice…
