1 big carrot
2 cups of cabbage, chopped
1/4-1/2 cup grated coconut
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 dry red chillies
- Chop cabbage, carrot and beans into fine pieces .
- Crush grated coconut and green chillies together and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds. Add dry red chillies and curry leaves and saute.
- Add chopped vegetables and salt and cook till done.
- Add the crushed coconut mixture, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes..Serve as a side dish with rice..
